1. Digital Products (Books, Courses, Tools)
All digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable templates, toolkits, and video courses) are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once access or download has been granted.

2. Consultation Sessions
For personalized coaching or consultation services:
a) Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, as time has already been reserved for you.
b) Rescheduling:
You may request to reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. All reschedule requests must be sent via email to [Insert Business Email].
c) No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session is considered used and non-refundable.
3. Events & Webinars
a) Paid Events/Webinars:
If you register for a live paid webinar or workshop and are unable to attend, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
b) Event Cancellations by Us:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a session, webinar, or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on your preference.
4. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
For any future subscription-based offerings (e.g., exclusive content or community access), customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Note: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial or pro-rated refunds are not offered for unused time unless required by law.
